Book carpet cleaning on its own, or add it on to any house clean. Either way, your price is based on how many carpeted rooms and flights of stairs you need cleaned.
Per carpeted room
Each carpeted room — bedrooms, living rooms, dens and more — is priced individually.
Per flight of stairs
Carpeted staircases are priced per flight, separately from rooms.
You'll get a flat-rate quote before we start — no surprises on the day.

Here's roughly how a carpet cleaning visit flows.
Step 01
Walk-through
We confirm which rooms, hallways and stairs are included and note any spots or problem areas you want us to focus on.
Step 02
Prep high-traffic areas
Walkways and visible spots get attention first so the extraction has the best chance of lifting them.
Step 03
Hot-water extraction
Hot water is worked into the carpet and extracted back out, pulling up the embedded dirt a vacuum can't reach.
Step 04
Final walk & drying guidance
We walk the finished rooms with you and let you know how long to keep foot traffic and furniture off before we leave.

Before you book.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Drying time depends on the carpet, humidity and airflow in your home. We'll tell you before we leave when it's safe to walk on and when furniture can go back.
Will every stain come out?
Many everyday spots and traffic marks lift with extraction, but some stains — like bleach, dye or old set-in stains — can be permanent. Point them out during the walk-through and we'll tell you what to expect.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items, toys and breakables from carpeted areas before we arrive. Let us know about large or heavy furniture when you book so we can plan around it.
Do I need to book a house clean too?
No. Carpet cleaning can be booked on its own. You can also add it on to any clean — it's especially popular with deep cleans and move-in / move-out cleans.
How is carpet cleaning priced?
By the number of carpeted rooms plus any flights of carpeted stairs. Tell us what you need cleaned and you'll get a flat-rate quote before we start.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Let us know about pets and little ones when you book. We'll let you know how long to keep everyone off the carpet while it dries.
