• Three times a week on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday rhythm for growing teams.

We're licensed and insured, and we can name your landlord or property manager as an additional insured on a certificate of insurance. Keys and alarm codes follow a documented custody process, and every visit is logged with arrival and departure times, who was on site and what was completed. Service is month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.

Office cleaning is a flat monthly rate, written up after the walk-through and based on square footage, how often we visit and what's in your scope. Every office is different, so we quote each one individually instead of publishing a one-size-fits-all number.

There's no hourly billing and no surprise add-ons. Special projects, like a post-construction clean after a suite build-out, are quoted separately and up front.
