What exactly is covered in a move clean?

The whole empty home, inside and behind: every cabinet, drawer and closet wiped out, all appliance interiors (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dryer drum), baseboards, door frames, vents, light fixtures, wet areas descaled, interior windows, sills and tracks, then floors edge-to-edge. It's a cleaning scope only — we don't do carpet cleaning, junk removal, paint touch-ups or repairs.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Most of our move clients hand us the keys or a lockbox code. We'll send before/after photos, a walk-through video on request, and confirm completion in writing.

What if my real estate agent flags something?

We re-clean — no charge, no questions. Our move-out cleans are built around real-estate inspection checklists, but if anyone catches something we missed, we come back.

Can you handle a hoarder home or post-tenant disaster?

Yes, but we'll need to walk it (or see photos / a video) before quoting. These jobs need different equipment, PPE and a lot more time — but we do them, and we still quote flat.

Is this same as your recurring or deep clean?
